I like experimenting with katoris,whether be bread katoris, phyllo bowls, cone chaat, macaroni cups, katori chaat , roti cones– I love to try my hands on all types of katoris. Not only they are convenient to eat, they are fancy, yummy and made from scratch.

SAVORY KATORIS –
Papad Katori Chaat – Papad katoris that are filled with a protein packed delicious salad; is perfect either as a light meal or as a tea time snack. Yummy katoris that are filled with a protein packed delicious salad; is perfect either as a light meal or as a tea time snack.
Katori Chaat – Savory bowl made of all purpose flour are filled with potatoes, sweet and tangy chutneys!! About the filling- be as creative as you can. Have sprouts, corn, black beans, sour cream on hand – just play around and you can have an amazing filling for these katoris/canopies.
Cone chaat – Cone shaped perfect party appetizer. Make it well in advance and keep it in open (depending on the weather). These cones can also be made sweet – swap salt and ajwain with vanilla essence and sugar and fill it up with a sweet cream filling.
Bread paneer Basket – Deliciously baked veggie bowls filled with Spicy Paneer filling. These little one- bite munchies are quite a helper while planning a party.
Marconi cups – These are very versatile cups that always go over big with kids birthday party or potlucks. First of all they get their favorite macaroni and secondly, that too in a cup.. Yay!!
