  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • ¼ cup Green Chutney
  • ¼ cup Tamarind Chutney

  • 2 medium Green chilies finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Bean sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons Thin Sev
  • 3 tablespoons Pomegranate seeds
  • 3 tablespoons Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Chaat Masala

Instructions

MAKE KATORIS

  • Cut the crusts off of the bread slices.
  • Flatten pieces of bread with a rolling pin.
  • Roll the bread once or twice into a thin square. Flip and roll both ways.
  • Take a tart mold and press the bread into the mold.
  • Press the sides of the bread slice firmly against the mold's side. Push it down with the opposite thumb so that the bread fits into each groove of the mold.
  • Bake the bread in an airfryer for 5-7 minutes @ 350°F.
  • Keep a watchful eye as the bread may get burned quickly.
  • After the bread katoris are baked, remove the tart mold carefully from the airfryer. Let it rest for 2 minutes, then unmold the katoris from the mold.
  • They will slide out easily. If they are stuck, then use a butter knife and carefully run it around the mold ( run it slowly without damaging the baked bread).
  • Your baked bread katoris are ready to be filled.
