MAIN INGREDIENTS

Besan (Chickpea flour) | Sooji (Semolina)  | Hing | Salt | Citric Acid |   Mustard Seeds | Curry Leaves |

In a large bowl add besan, sooji, hing, salt, sugar, oil, citric acid, green chili + ginger paste, and salt. Add water and mix until well blended. 

Pour the batter to a greased container. Cover it with a lid and steam Khaman.

Garnish it with heated green chilies, curry leaves, and mustard seeds.

Top as desired  & Enjoy!
