Corn Kebabs are spicy, flavourful, crispy, and downright indulgent and are easy to put together when you are in a rush.
Cook Corn - Sauté chopped onions, green chilies, corn kernels and mix until well blended in a heavy-bottomed wide pan. Stir in salt and red chili powder.
Assemble Kebab - Pulse the corn into a coarse mixture. Add mashed potato, spices, and cornstarch. Mix all the ingredients together until it forms one homogeneous mixture.
Shape the Kebabs - Grease your hands with oil. Take 3 tablespoons of kebab mixture in your hands. Roll the mix into a ball and then gently flatten the kebab ball.
Cook the kebabs - Heat oil in a skillet. Add corn kebabs to the skillet and shallow fry them until both sides are golden brown and crisp.
