Tomato-Cilantro Chutney
Fingerling spicy and tangy tomato cilantro chutney.

- 3 nos. Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 2 small Cloves of Garlic
- 1-2 nos. Green Chilies
- 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
Assemble: all the ingredients - Tomatoes, cilantro, green chilies, garlic pods, and spices.
Toss everything in a mixer and grind it to a fine paste. Adjust seasonings and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for future use.
