All-purpose flour | Baking powder | Salt | Butter | Milk |
Begin the recipe by activating the yeast. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes until it becomes thick, foamy, and bubbly.
Combine yeast with butter, oil, flour, and milk in a large mixing bowl. Knead a soft, pliable dough.
Divide the pav dough into equal parts and shape them. Arrange the pavs in a greased tray.
