In a bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, onions, olive oil, fresh basil leaves, and salt. Toss to combine.
Slice bread in ½-inch thick slices. Transfer bread onto a baking sheet. Spray with olive oil and broil the slices in the oven for about 2 minutes on each side.
Combine smashed avocadoes, lime juice, and ground pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until blended.
Spread a layer of avocado spread onto each slice. Spoon the tomato mixture on top of the avocado layer. Top with Mozzarella cheese and fresh basil leaves.
