1. Preheat oven on broil setting. Slice bread in ½-inch thick slices.
2. Transfer slices of bread on to a baking sheet. Spray with extra virgin olive oil and broil the slices in the oven for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
3. When the bread is crispy, remove from the oven.
4. Cut a clove of garlic in half. Rub garlic on all the toasted bread slices. Garlic infuses flavor into this bread and it will dissolve as you keep rubbing it onto the bread. Don’t skip this step. It takes the bruschetta to a whole new level.

- 1 loaf of Baguette bread or rustic bread
- 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil

TOMATO MIXTURE
- 10 oz Cherry tomatoes evenly sliced
- ¼ cup Red onion chopped
- 4-5 – Fresh Basil leaves chopped

- 2 medium Avocado peeled, cored, and smashed
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon Juice
