Vegan Spicy Peanut Noodles, a healthy and satisfying one-pot meal that takes 20 minutes to prepare!

MAIN INGREDIENTS

Spaghetti | Soy Sauce Peanut Butter | Garlic Red Chili Sauce Sesame Oil | Ginger Peas | Green Onion

Cook noodles as per package instructions. 

Noodles

Drain through a colander and set aside.

Whisk peanut butter, sesame oil, red chili and soy sauce together. Add water to make a smooth paste.

Sauce

Sauté ginger, garlic, and veggies. Add the noodles and sauce.  Mix until noodles are well coated in sauce.
