Ingredients

Paneer Rice Flour, Wheat Flour Breadcumbs Spices

Cut the paneer

Cut paneer into cubes. Transfer it to a large mixing bowl. Add pepper, salt, and oil to the paneer cubes. Mix it well.

Prepare the batter

In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, rice flour, cornstarch, wheat flour, garlic powder, and dried mint. Mix it well. Set aside.

Prepare buttermilk mixture

Pour soy sauce into the curdled milk. Add chili garlic sauce. Mix to combine. Pick a piece of paneer, dip it into the flour.

Fry the Paneer Bites

Heat oil in a pan. Roll the paneer cube in the breadcrumb mix. Fry until the paneer nuggets are deeply golden in color.

Serve Hot with your favorite dressing!
