The heavenly combination of yogurt, milk, and cream cheese make these Mini Lemon Bundt Cakes incredibly luscious and simply delicious!

MAIN INGREDIENTS

Flour | Baking Powder Butter | Oil | Sugar Eggs | Cream Cheese Yogurt | Lemon Juice Milk | Salt

In a mixing bowl, sieve together the flour, salt, and baking powder and mix well.

DIRECTIONS

Cream sugar and butter and mix in all wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and mix until combined.

Bake the Mini Lemon Bundt Cakes until golden brown. Allow to cool.

Bring sugar and lemon juice to a boil, add salt. Drizzle lemon glaze over cooled mini cakes. Add freshly-grated lemon zest.
