We love to savor this Honey Wheat Brown Bread fresh and warm right off the oven, sliced and slathered in butter – heavenly!

MAIN INGREDIENTS

Bread Flour | Sugar Wheat Flour | Honey Cocoa Powder | Oil Baking Powder Active Dry Yeast Rolled Oats

Combine flour, cocoa powder, honey, oil, salt, brown sugar, water, and activated yeast. Knead into a soft, pliable dough.

DIRECTIONS

Allow the dough to rise by covering with plastic wrap or proofing it in an instant pot.

Divide the dough into 3 equal log shapes. Leave to rise on a baking tray for 30-40 minutes in a warm place.

Brush the top with butter and sprinkle with rolled oats. Bake in a pre-heated oven @350°F for 30-40 minutes.
