A light and airy Eggless  Strawberry Mousse is made with fresh strawberries and homemade whipped cream


Strawberries | White Chocolate | Sugar |  Whipping Cream|   Agar-Agar | Extract |

Prepare Whipped Cream in the stand mixer. Beat until stiff peaks form.

Combine strawberries and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes 

Combine strawberry syrup, melted white chocolate, and agar-agar. Mix well.

Pour the mousse into individual cups and allow it to set in the fridge for 5-6 hours or overnight.
