Chocolate Swirled Peda, an irresistibly delicious mithai, loaded with  delicious chocolate flavor and milk powder.

MAIN INGREDIENTS

Milk Powder | Sugar Cocoa Powder Ghee | Rosewater

Heat sugar, water and rosewater until the sugar is dissolved.

Turn the heat low and add milk powder. Stir until it dissolves. Add melted ghee.

Take 3/4 of peda mixture out and set aside. Add cocoa powder and mix it well until the cocoa powder dissolves.

Allow both the mixtures to cool. Knead the dough until smooth. Roll into balls.

Take three balls of each color and arrange them in a circle, alternating white and cocoa.

Press the ball inwards until it forms a circle. Roll it in a rotating movement between your hands until it forms a swirl.
