These Stir-fry Udon Noodles are loaded with healthy veggies and robust chili garlic sesame sauce. Deliciously yum and ready in 30 minutes!

MAIN INGREDIENTS

Udon Noodles Chili Garlic Sauce Soy Sauce | Oils Veggies | Chili Flakes Sesame Seeds

Add the chili-garlic sesame sauce ingredients to a cup and whisk well.

Soak Udon Noodles in hot tap water for a few minutes. Pour some of the chili garlic sesame sauce over the noodles.

Saute veggies until crisp-tender. Add rest of the sauce and stir well.  Add the veggies to the Udon Noodles.
