MAIN INGREDIENTS

Almonds | Cashews| Melon  Seeds| Sugar| Cinnamon | Pistachios |Cardamom | Saffron |  Milk | Half-n-half|

Combine milk + half-n-half in a large pot. Add sugar. Whisk until well blended.

Stir in Thandai Powder. Mix it well. Stir in rose petal jam or gulkand. Bring the milk mixture to a boil. 

Strain the mixture. Pour in saffron milk and mix it well. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
