Indian Shortbread Cookies

Nankhatai, also known as Indian Shortbread Cookies, a perfect sweet treat for every season and occasion.

MAIN INGREDIENTS

All Purpose Flour  Wheat Flour | Sooji Chickpea Flour | Ghee Powdered Sugar Cardamom Powder Silvered Nuts

Combine all the flours, salt, and cardamom powder.

Add ghee to the dry ingredients. Mix until it comes together like a dough.

Place dough balls on a greased baking tray. Mark with an "X" and sprinkle with cardamom powder. Refrigerate.

Once chilled, bake them in a preheated oven for 14-16 minutes or until just slightly golden on the edges.
