MAIN INGREDIENTS

Olive Oil | Bay Leaf | Garlic  Onion | Carrot | Corn Kernels Red Bell Pepper | Celery Red Lentils | Pearl Barley Worcestershire Sauce Seasonings | Vegetable Stock Lime Juice | Cilantro

Sauté bay leaves & garlic until fragrant. Add chopped onions.

Add carrots, corn, and celery – cook. Add bell peppers, mix. Now add the lentils & barley.

Add seasonings, Worcestershire sauce, and vegetable stock and stir.

Pressure cook until finished - About 20 min.
