Instant Mango Peda, a mouth-watering  sweet delicacy, unbelievably simple to make.

MAIN INGREDIENTS

Heavy Whipping Cream Saffron Strands | Sugar Mango Puree | Ghee Milk Powder  Mango Essence

Warm cream. Add gently crushed saffron strands and sugar. Stir well and set aside.

Cut mangos, and blend until the pulp is smooth. Pour the puréed mango through a wire mesh strainer.

Cook mango pulp over a medium-low heat until it thickens. Add milk powder and ghee.

Add saffron milk and cook until mixture comes together like a dough. Add the mango essence.

Cool the peda mix. Roll into a ball and use a cookie stamp or mold to shape and design your pedas.
