Heat water in a pan.
Heat until sugar dissolves. It will take few minutes.
Add eliachi powder and set it aside.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Keep cooking and stirring over a medium flame.
Until the color changes to slightly light brown.
Lower the flame and carefully pour in hot water.
Keep stirring to avoid lump formation.
Within minutes, halwa will start to thicken.
Take it off the flame, garnish with nuts and enjoy!!
