Butter Masala

For all the paneer-lovers – here is a delicious paneer butter masala recipe where soft and succulent paneer pieces are simmered in a deliciously rich and smooth gravy that delights all palates!


Butter | Oil | Bay Leaf Cinnamon Stick Spices Tomato Paste Garam Masala Powder Sugar | Kasoori Methi Paneer | Cream

Melt butter over medium heat and add chopped onions. Saute then add ginger & garlic.

Saute ginger & garlic, then add cashews. Cook, stirring intermittently.

Add chopped tomatoes. Lower heat and cover the pan. After tomatoes are soft, remove from heat and let cool & blend.

Heat heavy-bottomed pan. Add butter & oil. Mix in spices and cook.

Season the masala  and stir until spices are well blended.

Cook, stirring occasionally, then add tomato paste & garam masala powder. Add water & stir.

Mix in the paneer cubes to the gravy. Gently mix & add cream. Cover & let simmer. Garnish, serve hot, and enjoy!
