Butter | Oil | Bay Leaf
Garam Masala Powder
Sugar | Kasoori Methi
Paneer | Cream
Melt butter over medium heat and add chopped onions.
Saute then add ginger & garlic.

Saute ginger & garlic, then add cashews.
Cook, stirring intermittently.
Add chopped tomatoes. Lower heat and cover the pan.
After tomatoes are soft, remove from heat and let cool & blend.
Heat heavy-bottomed pan. Add butter & oil. Mix in spices and cook.
Season the masala and stir until spices are well blended.

Cook, stirring occasionally, then add tomato paste & garam masala powder.
Add water & stir.
Mix in the paneer cubes to the gravy. Gently mix & add cream. Cover & let simmer.
