Quinoa   White Cannellini Beans Bell Peppers | Onions Spinach  | Coconut milk Spinach 

Saute onions in the Instant Pot.

Add cannellini beans,  pepper  & quinoa. Stir in the seasonings, coconut milk & water.

Add spinach and stir.  Pressure cook in Instant Pot for 2 min.
