MAIN INGREDIENT

Unsalted butter

Unwrap the butter sticks and add them to the Instant Pot. A few minutes into cooking the butter will start to sizzle and turn light in color. 

Soon, the water will evaporate and the milk solids will settle to the bottom of the insert. 

Allow the ghee to cool comfortably. Strain the ghee through a cheesecloth into a clean, dry jar.

Store it in a cool dry place  & Enjoy!
