MAIN INGREDIENTS

Raw Chickpeas | Chopped onion | Green Bell Pepper  | Red bell Pepper | Olive Oil |  Salt | Mint leaves |

Boil and Season chickpeas with salt, crushed cumin seeds, paprika, and dried mint leaves.

 Add diced bell peppers, cucumber, onions, scallions, and chopped cilantro to the bowl.

Combine olive oil, black pepper, lemon juice, and mint leaves. Whisk to combine all the ingredients. 

Top as desired  & Enjoy!
