To make these Bites, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir to mix. Leftover butter should be refrigerated after opening. Roll into equal sized bites and store in the fridge for up to a week.

INGREDIENTS
DRY INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Gluten-free Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 3/4 cup Dried Coconut Flakes
  • 1.5 tablespoon Ground Flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate
WET INGREDIENTS
  • 2/3 cup + 2 tablespoon MaraNatha Creamy No Stir Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
CHANGE SERVING SIZE: ENERGY BITES
CHANGE UNITS:
METHOD
  1. Assemble ingredients.
  2. MaraNatha Creamy No Stir Almond Butter.
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add MaraNatha Creamy No Stir Almond Butter and stir to combine. Leftover butter should be refrigerated after opening.
  5. Roll into equal sized bites.

    What a great idea!! These energy bites would be perfect this summer with the kids at home. In fact, they’d be good for adults too when they get to busy to stop and make themselves something nutritious to eat. So much better than those yucky energy bars.
