- To make coffee ice cubes, simply pour freshly brewed room temperature coffee into your ice cube trays and freeze.
- Add few coffee cubes to a pitcher.
- Pour milk.
- Add Kahlua Liqueur.
- Add chocolate syrup.
- Add Honey.
- Blend until smooth and well blended.
- Pour into glasses.
- I personally add 3-4 frozen coffee cubes to the glass but feel free to adjust the ice cubes if you prefer more or less coffee flavor.
- Combine 8 oz mascarpone cheese, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 3 tablespoons powdered sugar, and 1 tablespoon Kahlua Liqueur in a stand mixer and blend until firm peaks are formed. Transfer the frosting to a piping bag.
