Strawberry Banana Smoothie

For my kids summer is all about no school, fun and SMOOTHIEZZZZ…. Beat the summer heat with this cool and healthy Strawberry Banana Smoothie. Sharing a simple and quick recipe which will not only cool the little munchkins, it will also be relished by adults.
Fresh strawberries combined with banana and milk makes a perfect morning drink yumm…. A great way to start your day with a boost of fresh fruits and milk. To add thickness to my smoothies I like to add curd but curd can be substituted with few extra strawberries to create the same thick texture. Because of this thickness its like a mix between a smoothie and a milkshake. Depending on how sweet the strawberries are sugar can be added or totally left out.
If using frozen strawberries, cut down on ice cubes. Use milk of your choice, flavored milk like – Vanilla, almond will add rich taste to this smoothie. Improvise by adding a scoop of strawberry ice cream or vanilla ice cream to add more flavor. Banana can be substituted with blueberries, and other fruits can be added to bring in more flavor and color.
