I am planning to bake a large cake for my New year’s party, but the recipe size can be reduced to half for a small cake. Just change the serving size below the ingredient list from 1 to .5 and it will re-calculate the recipe for you.

Now, onto the recipe!

It’s a simple, straightforward recipe that requires –

  • no creaming of sugar
  • no adding the ingredients separately
  • don’t have to worry about ingredients being at room temperature.

Simply combine all the ingredients (wet and dry) together in a bowl. Mix until well blended. Pour in a greased bintol and bake for 25 -30 minutes. That’s it. Best eggless chocolate cake

To finish – add a final layer of fudge sauce all over. A yummy fudge sauce that’s made with JUST two ingredients. Yes, TWO ingredients!!

Almond milk and choco chips! If not vegan, substitute almond milk for heavy cream.

Worried that with the fudge sauce this cake will turn out too sweet?

Not at all. Take my word for it.

This cake taste divine and has just the right amount of sweetness. That’s why I call it the best vegan chocolate cake EVER!

This Best Vegan Chocolate cake is –

  • rich
  • moist
  • chocolatey
  • perfectly sweet
  • delicious
  • and tastes wonderful the next day!

This recipe bakes a cake with a tender crumb and rich flavor that is simply the best!! What more can you ask for in a cake?
