Ruchiskitchen.com is a fully owned site by 'Saraswat Infohub' which is a New Delhi (India) based establishment. All the information and contents of this site are fully owned by Saraswat Infohub.

Saraswat Infohub is thankful to Mrs. Ruchi who has providing us with her treasures of recipe contents. She did this voluntarily and not for any Monetary gain. Mrs. Ruchi is qualified in B.Sc.Home Science,Hotel Management and finally MBA (Marketing). Cooking is her hobby and she says that

"Cooking is an art and it takes a bit of perspiration and lots of inspiration."

Here you will find some of the recipes which she had learnt during her courses and many of them from her mother.She keeps on experimenting with ingredients to create a new flavor and she believes that this way the authentic taste comes out and also gives you the flexibility to add or delete something and still try out the dish. And voila! to your great surprise you have created something new altogether.

OUR MISSION

Saraswat Infohub intends to provide its surfers with a bunch of information under one umbrella and this site contains carefully selected recipes, which are rich, authentic, scrumptious, fascinating, delicious and exotic.

Besides recipes it provide you with the glossary of Indian food, useful kitchen hints, the armory of Indian kitchen, Indian festivals, Party Menus, Kids Stories, Weight Watchers Section and many more information which will enhance your knowledge.
